Vnexia may offer optional features that process text and/or images to help you organize or generate hairstyle-related content.
If you choose to upload text or images for these features:
- Processing location: your uploaded text and/or images are processed on servers controlled by Vnexia Team.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded text or images with any third-party service providers or partners for these AI-related features.
- Ephemeral processing: after processing is completed, we delete the uploaded text/images promptly. You control whether to upload and whether to generate content.
If you do not use these optional features, your content does not need to be uploaded for AI-related processing.
6) Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Depending on where you live, our legal bases for processing may include:
- Performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request).
- Consent (for optional features such as location services or optional uploads, where required).
